At The Aesthetics Society, we make the process clear and comfortable. Before your procedure, avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, nicotine, tanning, and harsh skin care as directed. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment to ensure you’re hydrated.
Shower on the morning of your procedure and do not apply any lotions, deodorant, or other products to the area. Eat a light meal and choose comfortable clothing. Remember to arrange for a ride home if you opt in for oral sedative, and be prepared to wear compression garments afterwards.

Recovering from BodyTite is less intensive than liposuction, but it’s important to take things slow and listen to your body. In the first few days, expect swelling, bruising, and tenderness in the area—all part of the normal healing process. Wear a compression garment as directed to reduce swelling and help your body mold to its new contours.
Most patients rest for the first 24 hours and gradually return to regular activity over the following 6 weeks. You can expect visible results after about 6 weeks, but they continue building for months as your skin produces collagen and rebuilds, with final results lasting up to 5 years.
Our team schedules follow-ups to monitor your progress, support healing, and celebrate every milestone.
